Just thought I\'d drop in and say high. We were neighbors several years ago back in Eastlake. We jsut to live next door to each other. I\'ve been looking around for a used Lyman and I came across you site and just had to say hello.
Remember the time you father took us all to the Lake County fairgrounds in his VW bug. Or the times he would let us sit on his lap and steer the VW in that big lot in front of your house.

Finally found a surveyor with enough experience to make me feel comfortable with the old barge. I have that 57 3902 Inland Seas Steel Clipper you run across whilst at SouthShore Yacht and Supply (the only place I trust the old tug.) I will be contacting you for a survey come fall when the beast is out of the water. Great website and I'm looking forward to meeting with you.

Greg, The boat keeps getting better! Leamington was the bigest trip so far. we now have a GPS.
South Shore did a good job adding teak. in the battery swith area. Stop by whenever you are at Battery Park. The link to "Rough Guide to the Lake Erie Islands" does not work. I would prefer a more readable font for your links. Thanks for you thorough service.

I really find your answers posted on the various boards interesting.You seem like a very well informed professional with a lot of common sense (a rare blend of late).Thanks for your willingness to share your experience with us at the Bayliner site.I hope you feel welcome.Your opinions on Bayliners are refreshing.I have owned several with Volvo Penta power and have not had any unexpected problems yet.I currently own a 2458 command bridge and really enjoy it.A lot of boat for the money which is important for a family of 6 with 1 in college and another going next year.

You may recall that you have done two surveys for me, one on the old Amphibicon (cedar strip, edge glued and nailed, dark green topsides) and on an O'Day 30 in Toledo with some pretty significant softness in the side decks.
I wrapped the Amphibicon around a telephone pole on rte 4 headed to an antique and wooden sailboat meet. Didn't buy the O'Day cause of the decks.
Glad to see you're on the web. Aren't too many surveyors on yet.

I say Greg it has come to attention that one Matthew O'Donnell is cavorting about Lake Erie in a large, unsafe Lyman. I wonder if you would have any knowledge of this vessel? I thought of purchasing it on your say or a 1977 Searay. The Searay has a rather wobbly bow rail. Do you think I would be wise to survey such a relatively new vessel as this. We have cheese older than this in the wine cellar and it is still wonderful. I will wait for your answer.
